Random at Large

A quick post before my long lost brother shows up for dinner and in between the job hunting. This is circulating the blogosphere and I'm all for any blog fodder that comes my way.

What Carol Means

You are very open. You communicate well, and you connect with other people easily.

You are a naturally creative person. Ideas just flow from your mind.

A true chameleon, you are many things at different points in your life. You are very adaptable.

You are usually the best at everything ... you strive for perfection.

You are confident, authoritative, and aggressive.

You have the classic "Type A" personality.

You are wild, crazy, and a huge rebel. You're always up to something.

You have a ton of energy, and most people can't handle you. You're very intense.

You definitely are a handful, and you're likely to get in trouble. But your kind of trouble is a lot of fun.

You are well rounded, with a complete perspective on life.

You are solid and dependable. You are loyal, and people can count on you.

At times, you can be a bit too serious. You tend to put too much pressure on yourself.

You are relaxed, chill, and very likely to go with the flow.

You are light hearted and accepting. You don't get worked up easily.

Well adjusted and incredibly happy, many people wonder what your secret to life is.

There has also been knitting.

Clapotis the second in Peaches and Cream~Don't laugh, although it gets no hotter here than any northern place, it stays hot a lot longer. I will get loads of use out of this baby and even plan to start another in one of the alternate patterns. This thing is super soft and cheap as can be!

Funny, the last time I was knitting a Clapotis, I was unemployed then too. Maybe I'll knit something else instead; at least until I find gainful employment again. Gainful employment ~snort~ I made an oxymoron!

I never would have thought about making a Clapotis in P&C cotton! Does it take one cone or two?

Dude, your clap matches your banner heading!

I have a cotton Clapotis! Yours looks nicer.

Crossing my fingers re: the job hunting.

Beautiful Clapotis! Love the cloudy sky look it has. I didn't realize you were between jobs, ugh! Hope something fun comes along for you.

I did go take the name test, mine was VERY accurate, was yours?

So glad to see you post again, I was getting worried.

I love how your Clapotis looks like the sky and clouds resembling your Numknits banner all so nicely. The cone is great, no sewing in those ends which I find extra challening with cotton.
I enjoyed reading your name descriptions, where is the word inspirational? All the best with your job searching, please keep us posted.

Oh and really, when will you have the time to knit a clapotis other than when you're NOT gainfully employed!!!
